A Swedish woman was charged withpossession of human skulls and bones, whichthe prosecution claimed she used for sexualpurposes.The 37 year-old woman kept at least six skulls,one spine, and “a large number of otherbones” in her Gothenburg apartment,according to the prosecution’s charge sheet.It said she had used the human body parts “forvarious sexual activities”. The evidenceincluded two CDs entitled “My necrophilia” and“My first experience”.Pictures from a morgue, also included in theevidence, were found in a secret compartmentin the woman’s home, along with a drill andbody bags.However, the police had found no proof thatshe had been involved in digging up graves,said news agency TT.The woman was arrested in September andwas charged at Gothenburg’s district courtwith “violating the peace of the dead”, whichin Sweden is a crime punishable by up to twoyears in jail.She has admitted to keeping the items in herapartment but has denied any wrongdoing, aspokeswoman for the prosecution said.“During the summer of 2012 (she) sold threeskulls and a spine… to a person in Uppsala,”the prosecutor said in the indictment.“My morals set my limits and I’m prepared totake the punishment if something shouldhappen. It’s worth it,” the woman wrote in apost on an Internet forum a few years ago,according to daily newspaperGoeteborgsposten.“I want my man like he is, whether he is deador alive. He allows me to find sexual happinesson the side,” added the woman, who has saidshe is in a relationship.The access code to a morgue was also found inthe apartment, the paper said, citing a pressconference held by the prosecutor.A preliminary court-ordered psychiatricevaluation found the woman to be legally sane.- Yahoo News
